FAQ

Q: When are race cards typically generated each week? A: Race cards are created shortly after entries are drawn for all of the week’s MLHR races. Entries typically are drawn 3 days in advance of a race.

Q: How is the Weekly Betting Amount split between my horses? A: You can allocate the amount wagered each week among the four horses in your starter stable.

Q: When are earnings calculated? A: Earnings are calculated after all races are completed and official results are in.

Q: How are scratched horses handled? A: If a horse in your starting lineup scratches we automatically replace that horse with the top bench horse from your race card. This happens even when a horse scratches minutes before a race.

Q: I picked horses that finished in the top three, but my Game Bucks and leaderboard position did not change. Why? A: All results are calculated and applied to the leaderboard and earnings at the end of each weekend’s races. Only after all results are in are these applied to your earnings and leaderboard.

Q: I cannot see who I invited to be in my league what can I do? A: Currently when sending invites to your league we’ll check to make sure you have not already invited the same email address and alert you of it.

Q: I received a card that had a scratched horse on it. How did that happen? A: Scratched horses can sometimes be assigned to a user randomly. Before calculating earnings all scratched horses are removed from a user’s top 4 horses and replaced automatically with the top bench horse.

Q: I earned points by creating a league, joining a league, or bringing a friend to MLHR but I do not see it on my Weekly Betting Amount. Why? A: If your race card is locked or results are in we will add these points to your weekly betting amount when next week's race card is generated.

Q: How are coupled entries handled? A: For all races, coupled entries will be ignored
